Bridge The Digital Divide will not be responsible for any data loss or damage contained in customer’s equipment such as hard drive or equivalent storage devices. Customer is fully responsible for making their own backup or copy to protect and insure their data is saved. If customer wishes Bridge The Digital Divide to first backup their data prior to repair service, there will be a minimum fee of $25 depending on how much data needs to be copied. If customer decides to leave computer for service without first making a full backup of data, any loss or damage will be on their own risk.30 Day Warranty On Labor/Work Service Provided In servicing your computer or Cell-Phone. Bridge The Digital Divide offers a 30 day limited warranty on all computer, phone, tech repairs and upgrades. At Bridge The Digital Divide discretion: if the issue from the original work order reoccurs within 30 days we will perform the service again at no charge. This warranty does not include: any software issues created and/or caused by the “end user” such as viruses, spyware, tampering with the settings or other non-related hardware failures. Limited warranty does not include any additional software, hardware, parts, system upgrades, or additional components needed, added OR installed to the system by the user. Bridge The Digital Divide is not responsible for systems/devices left longer than 30 days. If customer won’t pick up or pay for their systems/devices repair service within 30 days of initial service, they forfeit their ownership to the computer/device system that they dropped off. Customer Acknowledges receipt of goods and or/services in the amount of the total shown hereon and agrees to preform the obligations set forth by the customers agreement with the issuer. Approved and completed. Duplicate Receipt.
